Hello Listers! Just finished reading an article in the June/July 2007 "German Life", and it mentions that the Pennsylvania German Cultural Heritage Center in Kutztown, PA has partnered with the Palatinate Historical Institute in Kaiserlautern, Germany, to provide records of those who immigrated to PA from the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries. They offer their resources for free. Their website is: www.Kutztown.edu/community/pghc. Hope this is of some help to some folks! Lisa Rochester, NY Researching in PA: (FETTER, STEINRUCK)
I pulled up the website and it says it can't be found.
