Dear Norma, this is amazing! Big Jock and Birke were my great uncles. Elma Stuart and her twin Winnie, and their brother Sandy and half brother Jim MacPherson were my grandad's cousins. Their mother Sarah Ann( my great aunt) married James Macpherson and he died when he fell off a roof at Drumfork. She then married Robert Stuart - his photo is on the Kirkmichael Session House website and went on to have the twins, Sandy and another daughter Jean, who went to Australia. We are related to both the Camerons and obviously, the Petries ,so this is fantastic news. I will try the email address and see if I get a reply.
