    3. Hi Stephen, Jennifer may have already picked up a message from myself when there was disccussion about Linda Cameron ......... she holds this photo. She sent it through to me via the internet so that I could add it to the site. I think that Jennifer intends to meet up with Linda eventually?! I am on the same line as Karen Baker ...... Alexander born c 1760 ......... Do you hold (or know someone who does) any vintage pics of anyone on this line at all? I start having Petrie pics from the generation of his great grand-son Alexander Petrie born 14.08.1853 (of Father of the Bride fame in the recently spoken of wedding pic). His father being James born 27.11.1819/James' father being Alexander b 22.061788 - son of Alexander b c1760. By this time, the family are in Blairgowrie (although, in James' time the family had spent some time in Rattray, Blairgowrie). I do have a vintage photograph/postcard of 'The Croft' at Enochdhu though - with, I believe, the Forbes in-laws of Alexander (1853) standing outside it. This isn't the house known (I think) as 'The Croft' today - it's the delapadated looking house on the "main" road before that (going towards Moulin). I have, however, been trying to obtain/collect as many vintage postcards as I come across relating to Strathardle and Blairgowrie so I shall have to copy them and see if you are interested in them. I haven't a scanner but I am experimenting with a digital camera and having some success :-) Anyway, bye for now Heather (The Blood is STILL Strong) >From: "Jennifer Petrie" <JenniferPetrie@hotmail.com> >Reply-To: petrie-scotland@rootsweb.com >To: "petrie-scotland" <petrie-scotland@rootsweb.com> >Subject: [PETRIE-SCOTLAND] Big Jock Petrie >Date: Mon, 16 Oct 2006 03:15:17 +0100 > >Hi Heather, >I was looking through your album and see you have a photo. of John, Big >Jock Petrie. 1. [PETRIE-SCOTLAND] Adding photographs to Petrie site
    2. Heather Johnson
    3. Hi there, I would like to add some photographs to the site, which I can do, but I cannot remember how they are titled. Is the title taken from the name stored within my computer file? 3. Hin Heather Yes. You just upload the photos and can give them any title that you choose - I think!! There are several areas for them on the site.
