From details in your PETRIE database, and the IGI, they were married on 31 Dec 1849 in Dunfermline. However, some other details have come to light, suggesting they were married on 12 Jan 1850 in Dunfermline. I guess one date could have been the males parish and the other date the females parish. Any comments appreciated.
