David, thank you for your suggestion, however the site you have given refuses to accept the e-mail address I THINK I had at the time I had to slip off the Petrie site for a time. I did send an e-mail to "support" but they did not reply. Making the 'phone call could be an expensive exercise from Oz., but if that is what I have to do I guess I may, eventually, have to "take the plunge"!!
