Hi Jennifer and all I'm descended down the Alexander Petrie line in Strathardle/Kirkmichael, the other being John Petrie. I did send through an email re Stephen Petrie's message but don't know whether it reached everyone. I seem to be getting Petrie emails through two avenues - both with the same address quoted but some are recognised by my in-box and some are not. Is this my problem or not - any help gratefully received please? Anyway, my message is the same as I sent throught for Stephen Petrie - I'll come back to you asap as there's bound to be Strathardle questions I 'd love the answers to and I bet we'd all love to see the pics on the web site.
