We have a ROBERT FORBES PETRIE, born 1886, son of Alexander & Annie. Is he the same one?? Whoops!! Sorry Derek. The Robert Forbes Petrie on our tree - so far - is the son opf Alexander Petrie and Annie Forbes. Born 1886, died 1946 in the USA. Sorry for that error. However, I still feel there is a link, as we have Rattray in the tree (Alexander Petrie married a Margaret Rattray in 1813) and we have written before about this!!
