Hi All, Nice to see all the messages on the list, here is a question for those of you researching the Kinnethmont Petries. who were the parents of William Petrie born Premnay and who married (1) Ann Isaac on the 31 May 1788 at Premnay and (2) Ann Robertson on the 24 Dec 1797 at Rhynie, I have him born / baptised on the 18 Feb 1768 at Premnay, is this correct?, I do know that in the Leith Hall papers at National Archives Edinburgh, he signed a paper on the 28th Oct 1847, where he states he was then aged 79 and born at Burnend of Premnay where he resided for 19 years and then came to Law in the Parish of Kinnethmont. Possibly when he married Ann Isaac Can anyone help with this, I would be most grateful. Regards George N Henderson
