Hi Cynthia John didn't have a middle name. He went to Niagara Falls around 1871. His wife Margaret and their daughter came shortly afterwards and then they had 2 more girls before his wife died. He then married Loretta Coughill who also had 3 daughters. Then together they had 6 more children. My great grandfather built a house on 1st.
