Hi Norma, Last Sunday I went to the Burrell collection here in Glasgow, they have a special exhibition on at the moment (16/3-30/9-2001), of Ancient Egypt, from the Flinders Petrie Museum of Egyptian Archaeology at University College, London. It was very interesting, as was the Burrell collection itself of course. I have sent you the booklet and newspaper about the exhibition. I am still on my Norwegian family tree, but listening in on the Petrie web site. Hi Kari, I was at the Burrell collection in Glasgow last August on my visit to Scotland. Either I missed this or it wasn't there at the time. It looks like you have indicated the dates that it was there - confused me since here in U.S. we generally put the month first and then the day unless, of course, you are or have been in the military. Anyway, sorry that I missed it.
