Recently, Norma and Janine provided marriage data about my Jane Shearer, Holm and Paplay, Orkney, that indicates that the Archibald Petrie she married was the son of John Petrie and Jannet Foubister, St. Andrews, Orkney. That Archibald Petrie's siblings were John, Peter, Euphinia, David, James, and Janet. Now, I am curious about the connection, if any, between the two Petrie families! Thanks again.
