It was started in by Al Peters as I mentioned in 1997(fairly new). It started out with descendents of James Peters, then progressed to other Peters & Allied Families. James Peters was presumed to be from Ireland. The thought being that in order to understand your line of Peters, one must eliminate other lines as being a posibility. Sound familiar? It's the old board game of "CLUE". Each line that you may not know about yet carries some slight piece of info that helps us all (whether related or not)! Especially Allied Families! The Editorship carries a term of one year from September to June. There are currently 6 other co-editors that submit articles to the Editor and 7 when you become the Editor.
