Ms. Peters was born in Yakima and was raised in Wapato, WA. Survivors include her parents, Ronald and Sonia Peters of Wapato; a sister, Tiffany Shilow of Wapato; brothers, Ron Peters Jr., Tyrone Shilow, Jarvis Pe- ters, Nicholas Peters and Seaver Peters, all of Wapato; and her grandparents, Esther Alexander, Nina Elwell, Paul Anderson and Reuben Umtuch, all of Toppenish and Lester Umtuch of Priest Rapids. Burial will be in the Shaker Church Cemetery.
