She graduated from Catholic School in Norfolk. Gloria was married to the late Joseph B. Peters. Gloria resided in New London, Conn. for 25 years and retired as a unit supervisor at the Seaside Regional Medical Center in the state of Connecticut after 23 years of service. She was a member of the Elks Lodge, New London,CT. She is survived by her children, Clyde Plummer of Hampton, Michael Peters of Sacramento, Calif., Gene Peters of Long Beach, Calif., Frances Peters Brown of Springfield, Mass.; one brother, Enesto D. Fazarro Jr. of Stonington, Conn.; five sisters, Delores Black of Portsmouth, Jean Mack of Hampton, Edna Eleazer of Avenel, N.J., Sheron Marion of Roselle, N.J., and Dona Fazarro of Hampton; five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, five nieces, five nephews, one uncle, two aunts, and a host of cousins.
