Hi I'm new to the list, and I'm looking for researchers that may have Peters connections to New Brunswick and particularly Bathurst, NB. Specifically, I'm looking for the ancestry of Abraham Peters (see below). If anyone has Peters' connections to Bathurst or any of the Peters below in their tree, I would very much appreciate your information. May 15, 1891, New Brunswick; d. 1939, Old Tacoma Cemetery. iii. CORDELLA PETERS, b. February 13, 1894. iv. GORDON RICHARD PETERS, b. August 31, 1898. v. ETTA MAE PETERS, b. November 07, 1905. vi. WALTER ERVIN PETERS. vii. MAE (DIED AGE 16) PETERS. viii. HERBERT RUSSELL PETERS, b. April 09, 1903. ix. CHARLES MELVIN PETERS (DIED AT 2YRS). x. CORA PETERS (DIED AT 6 MOS).

Hi Not to many of us Canadian Peters on this list. I also am researching the Peters in N.B. The Peters I am pursuing came to Canada from England in or about 1830. They settled in Kent County N.B. They were Henry Peters and his wife Mary (Standing) There were a number of children from this marriage. One in particular a son, Henry Peters, who married Rowena Atkinson. Rowenas nephew, Horatio Atkinson also married Rachel Peters. No confirmation but I do believe she is also a child of Henry and Mary. Differing family info has me confused and nothing to verify yet. Horatio and Rachel were my gr gr grandparents. The Marsh name intrigues me. A brother to Horatio above, Robert Atkinson, married an Eleanor Marsh "Nellie" Warman. I don't know her parentage but the name Marsh is of note. Unfortunately, I lost my harddrive a few weeks ago and have to rely on an outdated copy of my database and don't have all the info I had before. Ruth Thanks for your response. The Peters I'm researching is on my wife's side. So there is no connection to the Marsh line. Could you search your records for an Abraham Peters b. 1868.
