Thomas, Peter & Tobias??? Do you have dates on these names? I'll tell you why? I remember seeing a Tobias in a middle name of a Peters in Hampshire County, WV. Also, there was a Peter Peters, who married a Mary Sims in Culpeper Co, Va(this Peter, I'm speculating was from Southbranch Mountain, Three Churches area, Hampshire County, WV. There were a number of of people from Bucks County, PA lived near Three Churches. As we know, the Scarbourgh's were from Bucks County, PA. What are your thoughts on this?
