In about 1858 he immigrated to the US with his parents. He married Mary YOUNK/JUNK b. 18 Apr 1853 (another source says 8 Apr 1852) in Manitowoc, WI. They were married 13 Jan 1869 in Kewaunee, WI. Nicholas d. 1 Jan 1920 and Mary d. 20 Apr 1936. Children and grandchildren of Nicholas and Mary that I have names for are: 1 - Josephine, b. 15 Mar 1882, m. William C. STEINKE a - Leona Marie, b. 1900 b - Milton, b. 1916 (He was adopted). 2 - Henry James, b. 27 Aug 1890, m. Veronica "Marie" FELTES a - Dorothy 1914 - 1989 b - John c - Ralph 1918 - 1990 d - Betty, d. 1996 3 - Fronie m. Henry UNKE a - Lloyd b - Doris 4 - Arlene m. Henry SUESS 5 - Peter 6 - William 7 - Bernard 8 - Frank 9 - Joseph 10 - Matt 11 - Harry 12 - George At the time of their Golden Anniversary, in 1919, Nicholas and Mary had 25 grandchildren and one great grandchild. I am looking for any information on any of these people. I do have some information to share; Josephine PETERS was my g-g-grandmother. Please contact me, thank you.
