    1. Re: [PERTH] Aberfeldy MIs - McIntyre
    2. I have the volume 1 east perthshire, edited by alison mitchell Volume 1, south perth, lower strathearn, 20 cemeteries Volume 1, north perth, cith of perth 9 cemeteries it has 18 cemeteries, strathmore and the Carse of Gowrie...... most of the MIs are pre-1855 I have a fourth book but can't lay my hands on it tonight I am happy to do look-ups but always explain that less than 1% of those buried in a cemetery had stones so finding someone with the same surname it can't be taken as gospel that they are your previous generation unless they are on the same stone.... It is worth looking for MIs and checking for burials with the local council parks division, but the records are not computerized, so you have to tell them which cemetery and the full death date. The MI books are sold by the Scottish Genealogy Society http://www.scotsgenealogy.com/ online shop mariners and ships is one of their offerings Mary in Oregon
