Laurance son of James and Janet Imbrie Proudfoot of Methven. James said to be son of George, b @ 1660. Believe the youngest son of Laurance and Katherine to be John, b. 1749, and early settler in VA, prior to American Revolution and that John is a brother of my g5, Lawrence, b. 1743, both born in Methven.
