Good Morning All: I would like to post my interest in this family: Through the IGI and their gravesite, here in Canada, I have determined the following: James CAMERON, christening date Apr. 4, 1787, Weem, Perth Helen DRON, born June 6, 1782, Perth, Perth. Marriage Date: 1809. 2 children: John CAMERON, born abt. 1823, in Fortevoit, Perth. (I have other information that states John was born in Fowlis, Fife). John married Elizabeth ??, 30 Dec. 1842 in Beath, Fife. Margaret CAMERON, born 22 March, 1814, christened 17 March, 1814, Forgandenny, Perth. Margaret married David WATT, 1839 in Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland. Information states John came to Canada around 1848, and I would assume that James and Helen, Margaret and David probably came at the same time. James, Helen, Margaret and her husband, David Watt are buried together here in Canada. I'm new to researching in Scotland, and would appreciate any help or advice in finding out more about these people, as well as confirming some dates.
