Alan, Thank you for this information. This is a surprise - these two middle names never appeared again in any records I have found for my GGgmother. Perhaps it is only a coincidence of names, but it does seem possible that this is the same couple who were married in Pollokshaws on 20 Nov 1829 after banns read at Thornliebank in late October. It is possible that the banns were also read at her parish, Muthill. Does anyone on the List know ANYTHING about this woman, Margaret Seymour Masterton SINCLAIR?
