Sometime between 1867 and 1871, David Carr and his wife Catherine (nee Cochrane) left Perth for New York. With David and Catherine was their son, Ollfander. Two more sons,John and Peter,were born in New York but the family had settled in San Francisco by 1880. A daughter, Helen Cochrane Carr was born in 1871. Helen (Nellie) was sent home to live with the Scrimgeour/Carr family in Perth. at a young age. Would be grateful for further information regarding this family. Elizabeth
