Ursula, Off the top of my head, and it's a while since I lived in Perth, there were Perth and Kinross Council offices on Glasgow Road until recently. I can't confirm the address as no 32, though. These were in the buildings formerly occupied by Rosslyn House, a nursing home for the elderly. I can remember passing this building in the 50's and 60's as a child when it was still a home. I visited it about 8 years ago when it was council offices. I can't help feeling this land has been bought for private development now. I think I am correct in saying that it was originally built as the City's Poorhouse in the 1800's. The Perthshire listers are a knowledgeable bunch and I am sure they will correct/enhance on this information.
