Hi all Here are the details I have for my Robertsons in Perthshire.... James Robertson, weaver, baptised in Perth 10 June 1810, married Agnes Stark on 5 March 1841 at Renfield Church, Barony Glasgow, died in Tibbermore Poorhouse 30 March 1882 after ten months paralysis. Son Robert reported death - he was living in Baker Street, Stirling. Agnes Robertson, my great great grandmother, was born to John Stark and Janet Smith in Cadder LKS and died on 11/08/1863 at 212 South Street, Perth of general debility. The couple were both weavers and had three children: John born 8 March 1845 in South Street, Perth Robert born 19 February 1847 at Shuttlefield Close (weaving area) Agnes born 24 December 1849 at Canal Street James' parents were James Robertson (gardener) and Margaret McKenzie who married in 1806. Four children: Elisabeth b. 1806, James b. 1810, William b. 1813, Robert b. 1815 - based on census information. Robert married Isabella Small in 1879 and in 1881 census they're in Stirling with 6 month old son Robert.
