Hello - this is my first post to this list so I have my fingers crossed. I need to know in which parish the town of Cray is. A David LAMB was born there, probably to James & Christina (maiden name unknown) Lamb, c 1844. I was hoping to order & view the OPRs to find more about this family. One family member said David was born in Dundee however his death cert (in NZ) says his place of birth was Cray. Could Dundee have been the wider area which included Cray? David's wife predeceased him so the information (i.e. parent's names & place/date of birth etc) on his death cert may not be 100% reliable but that is where I'm starting from. I've searched through the Perth archives & have had a look at the Hugh Wallis, Scotsroots, & Glenuki sites but need to know which parish to search if someone was born in Cray to make more progress.
