Hi Kathy, Sometimes when you use the heading as the question and depending on what email program the recipient is using, the heading is not always visible; perhaps it might be better to place your question at the beginning of your first para/text. I.e., Could someone please tell me where "Smiddy Hill & Tullymoran" is please?
