Sure Nat, I think we've communicated before: Archibald C DEWAR (1756-1831) m. 1786 to Margaret FERGUSON / GOW (1770-1835) Ch 1: Jannet (1788-1861) m. 1808 to John McNIE (1780-1868) of Balquhidder 2: Alexander (1790-1885) m. 1825 to Janet KENNEDY (1808-1884) of Dull 3: Malcom (1793-1838) m. 1818 to Ann COMRIE (1798-1884) of Comrie 4: John (1796-1890) m. 1821 to Margaret BUCHANAN (1804-1887) of Edinburgh 5: Peter / Patric (1800-1839) m. 1826 to Janet McEWEN (1805-1891) of ??? In 1818 this whole family moved from the Comrie region to Canada and settled near what is now Ottawa. I descend from Malcom and Ann.
