Hello list Nice to see so much activity . So I am going to ask you all to help me with my brick wall. I have been trying to break it down for over 10 years. or more. I am trying to find the parents of Elihu Stuart Perkins, b 1 April 1803 in New York, died 16 Sept. 1885 In Lone Tree ,Johnson County, Iowa. I have a copy of a letter from his daughter , saying Elihu and siblings grew up in Antwerp, Jefferson County, New York, The Black River Country.. She gave the names of the siblings --- Adaline married a Hauverman, Tiley married Gurdon Crooks. Tiley was born in 1800., brothers Eliab (or Eliub) and Solomon. Elihu married Sarah DuBois, in 1832 in Cayuga County New York. I would be so very grateful for any piece of information.
