Ok...I got it.... LOL I've got a list of Most of the Cemeteries in Texas & the GPS for them. This will make it easier for me to locate & mark them off my list. I'm trying to work with the groundskeeper/church/private keeper to get lists and plot numbers if they have them already. I know there are a lot of Cemetery websites, but I really want to focus strictly on Perkins - as that is my maiden name. Hopefully it will help a lot of us fill in blanks. -----Original Message----- From: Anita Barnes [mailto:skeetereab@earthlink.net] Sent: Thursday, November 03, 2005 3:01 PM To: PERKINS-L@rootsweb.com Subject: [PERKINS] Re: PERKINS-D Digest V05 #93 That's great news ! My maiden name is PERKINS, and my Dad was Homer/Buddy Perkins, son of Mitchell, "Mitch" Perkins and Lucy Schysm. But my dad is buried in Fort Sam Houston and Mitch Perkins is buried in Good Hope , I believe, along with my granny" Lucy" not 100% sure of the last two. Keep up the good work ! Anita P. My grandmother, Hester Perkins, had siblings who went to Texas...not sure right now which ones. Brothers were: Robert, Marshall, Zadok, Ambrose, Milton & Noah. We lost track. She was born 1834, Grayson County, Virginia. Any cousins? Peggy
