Arthur Perkins b. abt 1882 Virginia I know this should be an easy one to find. The only one I see is in the 1900 Census, A W Perkins in Dinwiddie, Virginia, son of Dr Edward W Perkins and Fanny. Is this Arthur Perkins born abt 1882? Anyone know what the A W stands for? Your help would be appreciated. Carolee Diamond
