    3. Hello All and Happy New Year: I am enclosing some info regarding my Quebec line of Perkins in hopes that someone may have a connection in the US. I grew up on a farm about mid-way between Dunham (Missisquoi county) and Sutton (Brome county) in the Eastern Townships (Quebec). George Perkins, my ggg-grandfather (died March 28, 1848 - 51 yr, 3 mo, 21 da) and his wife Caroline (Gibson) Perkins (died March 29, 1886 - 83 yr, 4 da) are buried in the Harvey Cemetery (they were married in Richford Vermont on Jan 29, 1822). ). George and Caroline are buried on either side of the stone for a Nathaniel Perkins (died July 15, 1843 – 67 yr) in the Harvey Cemetery. James Perkins (died 1845 - 62 yr, 10 mo, 27 da) is buried nearby along with his 1st wife Mary (Craig) Perkins (died Feb 24, 1820 - 26 yr) and 2nd wife Hannah (Burnham) Perkins (died July 24, 1842 - 60 yr, 3 mo). My line from George Perkins and Caroline Gibson is as shown below: George Perkins (1797-1848) + Caroline Gibson (1803-1886) Johnson Perkins (1822-1898) + Charlotte Powers (1824-1851) + Sarah Beattie (?-1895) George William Perkins (1861-1935) + Jane Elizabeth Kennedy (1870-1939) Charles Alfred Perkins (1896-1955) + Marion Gertrude Hooper (1902-1981) Ralph George Perkins (1924-2003) + Doris Jean Knowlton (1929-pres) Robert Ralph Perkins [me] (1951-pres) I would welcome any assistance in finding out anything about the parents of either George Perkins (1797-1848) or Caroline Gibson (1803-1886) as well as where Nathaniel Perkins (died July 15, 1843 – 67 yr) and James Perkins (died 1845 - 62 yr, 10 mo, 27 da) fit into the picture. All the best for 2006!! Bob Perkins, Ph.D. Chemistry Instructor Kwantlen University College 12666 72nd Avenue Surrey B.C.
