Trying to find first name, plus all details on a Mr. Perkins. He married Edith Wyllys dau. of Philander and Eliza Snow Wyllys of Windham County, Ct. Edith was born 1872, so I am thinking Mr Perkins would be born in 1860s-1872 give or take a few years. Sorry I don't have anything else to add. Thank you, April
