Dear Karleen: Thanks for the warning. I already came across that on the web. They had William Perkins, b. 1738 as a son of Timothy Perkins, b. 1736! With siblings 30 years older. I believe they had him confused with William Perkins, b. 1783. I realize we have to be careful....there are a lot of mistakes out there. I saw one mistake in my own family on the web. They gave my father an extra wife, and 2 more children! I guess there will always be mistakes. Thanks Karleen....I am forewarned! Peace!
