I am looking for links to the Perkin/Perkins family of Black Torrington in the area of Holsworthy Devon / Cornwall At the time of the 1901 census the head of the family was William Henry Perkin,Wife Fanny and Children Francis( female)and Joseph Horn Perkins. Hi, I will have a look through, I do have some from that area of Devon.
