Elias appears on the 1790 census in Newcastle, Maine. child= William Perkins b. 1783 - 1883 --- an early settler of Windsor, Maine. He married Sarah Hamlin in 1808. Their children: 1. William Jr. --- my line 2. Levi 3. Alfred F. 4. Elias 5. Mary 6. Nancy 7. Abigail 8. Philena 9. Harriet 10. Hannah J. 11. Sarah 12. Sarah Ann I am in the unplaced category on the Perkins DNA site.
