The answer to that is NO - - and the answer about the question of Joshua "Old Jock" Perkins's ancestry has been, and is still being debated. Using the PERKINS DNA there is one direct descendant of Old Jock who has been tested, and he is not from Richard; however, the question of his race, or racial origins, still remains unclear A number of his family were identified as mulatto - - and some laid claim to Portuguese.
