I am very interested in the Perkins of Louisiana since there is one who matches me on the DNA tests, but I don't know who he is. I descend from the Edward Perkins family of Connecticut through Timothy Perkins of CT, Rowan, Ashe and Wilkes Co.s NC. I know that US 10 East crosses two Perkins roads: one in Baton ROuge and one somewhere else/ I am interested in knowing who those roads are named after. Thanks, Steven C.
