I have a David Perkins, Jr. of Bridgewater, MA who married Martha Howard, dau. of John Howard and Sarah Latham. It is likely that your Latham Perkins is one of his descendants. My line goes through his daughter Martha b. 1704 who married Joseph Byram. His other children according to the NEHGR v.50 p.35 are John Perkins b. 1700 Mary Perkins b. 1702 Elizabeth Perkins b. 1707 susannah Perkins b. 1708/09 David Perkins b. 1711 Jonathan Perkins b. 1713/14 Abraham Perkins b. 1716 and possibly a Sarah Perkins I know this isn't much but perhaps it will help.
