The other from a Descendancy Chart displayed by an Ancestral File 4.17 Screen of a FHC of the LDS Church. The FHC descendancy Chart reveals “THAT” Henry Perkins b. 1781 in NC Sp–Sarah ? b. 1785 in NC The descendancy Chart reveals only one Perkins child: 1 Sarah (Salley) Edney PERKINS, born 1807 in NC Sp–William Justiss b. 1803 in Virginia The descendancy chart gives the names & d.o.b. for nine (9) children and one (l) daughter-in-law of William and Sarah Edney. The daughter-in-law being the wife of John W. Justiss. If you need or want the names of the other 8 Justiss children, let me know. The other children of Henry Perkins & Sarah ? listed here was taken from Henry Perkins Will. Will recorded in WILLS 1832-1848 BOOK A TROUP COUNTY, GA. Will written 20 July, 1837. Note: In the 2nd line of the will Henry STATES; "I lend to my beloved wife SARAH PERKINS', ETC. This statement I take to be a postive sourse of proof that his wife was a SARAH (unknown). Henry's will leaves a bequeath of some amount to the following children in his will of 1837. (I have a copy of said will). Children: 1. Perkins, Thomaston T. (f) married to Elvington Parker ? This is not clear!!! 2, Perkins,* William H. C. (m) 3. Perkins, *Joseph R. (m) 4. Perkins, *James W. (m) 5. Perkins, Sarah Ann (f) 6. Perkins, Jessis L. (m) 7. Perkins, Julia E. (f) married to Edward Stephens of TX. 8. Perkins, ** Sarah (Edney) (f) married to William Justice {My maternal g- grandparents} 9. Perkins, *** Francis F. (f) married to Dunston Traylor * These three (3) received $130.00 each to be paid over to their guardians when raised from sale of his property. Indicating they were young. In ** Henrys will he refers to William Justiss and Dunston Traylor as his son-in-law. *** Dunston Traylor married FrancesF. Perkins ll-18-1834 in GA.
