I have more than one Perkins line and I'm not sure if they're related or not. VT) on 4 Mar 1836 in Bernard, Windsor Co. VT. Their Children: Lucretia PERKINS (b. 20 May 1841 Bernard, Windsor Co. VT) Clara Agnes PERKINS (b. 23 Aug 1840 VT, d. Logan Co. OK) [my gg-grandmother] m. Jesse Hawkins HOISINGTON (b. 23 Jun 1824 Amesville, Athens Co. OH, d. 23 Aug 1894 near Anson KS) on 11 Jul 1859 in IA (probably Winneshiek Co.) Ella J. PERKINS (b. 1848 VT) Daniel S. PERKINS (see info below) John E. PERKINS (b. 1857 IA, d. 18 Jul 1894 (see info below) From here this line gets a little more complicated as Lydia Mahalia HOISINGTON, daughter of my gg-grandfather, Jesse Hawkins HOISINGTON, by his first wife, Almira DRAKE, marries both Daniel S. and John E. (on Jun 1878 Decator, Wisconsin Co. TX) above. Their children: 1) Daniel S. PERKINS: Lydia Almira PERKINS (b. 4 Oct 1873 Milford IL) m. Dallas H. MC INTIRE (b. Pierston IN) on 5 Nov 1891 Anthony KS Their children are: Urina Mahalia MC INTIRE Mary A. MC INTIRE Thelma E. MC INTIRE Chester A. MC INTIRE Mary A. PERKINS (b. 24 Mar 1876) m. Allen STANLEY on 22 Nov 1893 Anthony KS. 2) John E. PERKINS: Clara E. PERKINS (b. 18 Apr 1880, d. 16 Aug 1917) m. Columbus PRICE John W. PERKINS (b. 2 Dec 1881) m. Anna COMBs (another cousin and an even more complicated story). Their known children: Clara B. PERKINS (b. 17 Mar 1907) Cleta PERKINS (b. 17 Oct 1909) John W. PERKINS (b. 24 Aug 1911) Frank PERKINS Ed PERKINS (b. 12 Dec 1887) Louis J. PERKINS (b. 23 Jun 1890) m. Belle LOVETT ============ The following are miscellaneous PERKINS in my database, in the hope that someone will recognize them and it will be mutually beneficial: 1) Frances PERKINS (no vitals) m. Dilson GROSS (no vitals). Lived in Piercetown IN during the 1860s-1870s. Their known child Zipha May GROSS (b. 9 Nov 1860 Piercetown, IN, d. 1893 Anson KS) m. Franklin Benjamin HOISINGTON (12 Mar 1855 Rockford IL, d. 22 June 1928 McGaffey NM) on 15 Mar 1876 in Piercetown IN. Frank is my half gg-uncle. 2) Fred PERKINS (no vitals) m. Pearl SANFORD (my half 4C2R), who is the daughter of Marinda HOISINGTON (b. 6 Oct 1860 Livingston Co. MI). Their known children: Tressie, Stanley, Vila, Bruce 3) George PERKINS m. Josephine PERRIN (b. 1881). No info at all. This was taken from a piece of paper my grandmother had in her purse that listed some family marriages and I have no idea who they are.
