Hello, I am trying to get information for a book on the Waterville Me 1840 census that the Taconnet Chapter MGS is doing. I need the parents of Augustine Perkins, b. probably 1808, marriage intentions Waterville 5 Mar 1837 to Ruth W. SPRING, b abt 1816 in Me. She died 1863, he died 17 July 1864. He is buried in Pine Grove Cemetery, Waterville. His father MAY have been Jonathan. I have 2 children-Henry Augustine PERKINS b 1838 died age 14; and Frances Adeline PERKINS b 2 Nov 1839,aka Adeline F. I believe she married a WORSTER and perhaps is the one that died 1919.
