May 1840 Floyd Co. KY. married 2nd ca. 1873 to Lydia Elizabeth Wadkins b. 11 Mar. 1849 Wolfe Co. KY d. 4 Feb. 1952 Westville, Adair Co., OK. Between the two marriages he had 17 children: Rose Ann, William Riley, Lee Ander, Laura, Delaney, McClellan, Merkia, Allie Mander, James Monroe, John Henry, Thomas Jefferson, Mary Elizabeth, Barbara Ellen, Benjamin Franklin, Daniel Martin, George Washington Jr., and Jasper Newton.
