This is my PERKINS family with which I've been at a dead-end for 2-3 years: Augustus Perkins b:abt 1865, VT raised family in Franklin Springs/Clark Mills area d: early 1900, probably Oneida Co., NY m: 1885 to Hanna/Anna Hoffman of Rome NY (German immigrant) ch.: Mae m. O'Neill, George Augustus m Marie Kunz, Helen m ? (supposedly someone of Italian descent or an immigrant). Surprisingly, I can't find him in the cemeteries of that area; someone checked records in the Rome/Utica Gen. Soc. and found nothing. I can't find him as a child in VT. I haven't written to funeral homes in the area & need to do that. I did make several phone calls to the cemeteries and found nothing. George is my line. He moved his family to Buffalo 1912-1917 to work in the steel mills. My father-in-law is 1 of his 4 children, and I have the info on this line. Thanks. Brenda ------------------------------
