HI Abraham Perkins did not stay in the Plymouth area. I can't seem to find any info that he was in the Plymouth area. If he was could you please send me a sorce of when he was there and how he came to New England. I do have him as one of the founding fathers of Hampton, NH so I believe he must have located there about the same time Isaac Perkins did. Please advise. I have been to Hampton, NH and recieved some help from the Lane Library in Hampton. Thank You Sincerely, Larry Perkins
My source for Abraham and his descendants is Abraham and descendants from NEHGR v. 50 pg. 35. I don't have access to that right now but I am descended from his son David who's descendants were in Beverly and Bridgewater, MA where they intermarried heaviliy into the Mayflower lines. The father of Isaac and Abraham apparently died in Hampton so it is possible that they both lived there for a time. What I have on the Perkin's line with sources (and a few mistakes) is located at http://users.inna.net/~redden/perkins.htm Anything else I tell you at this time is going off memory as I haven't researched any of this in over a year But it was my understanding that they first settled somewhere down around Plymouth Colony.
