My Benjamin Perkins stayed in the same locality for over 40 years, in Lawrence Co. Arkansas. Was there before 1820 thru 1862 when he died there. He was born in 1784-6 in N.C. He and wife Jane Ferguson Perkins raised 8 children in Lawrence Co. Ark. His children are John C.W. Perkins m. Martha McCarroll & had family Frances Perkins m. James A. Brandon [moved to Texas] Joshua Perkins m. Mary McKinght [no heirs] Benjamin Jr. Perkins [Not sure of info on him] Sarah Perkins m. Christefer C. Brandon Syntha Perkins m.1 James McKinght 2 Frances Marion Wilmoth Elizabeth Perkins m. 1 James C. Lloyd 2 Harris M Sanders Solomon Perkins m. Penelope Meritt [went to Texas] Some of the Brandons, Mckinghts, Wilmorts, Lloyds, Sandes, Meritts, and some of Johns descendence's , I believe to still be in Ark. Is any body out there searching for Benjamins father? Hope I'm not the only one. Need any help I can get on who Ben's father is. Thank you Dott Perkins
