I am also new to the Perkins mailing list, and I was wondering if anyone is searching Perkins from GA? I am looking for information on William Perkins who died in Pike Co., GA, 27 May 1892. He was born 30 Jun 1818 possibly in North Carolina, but I am not sure. His wife's name was Nancy, born 24 Apr 1820, died 23 Feb 1896. They are buried on their old home place in Pike Co. They had the following children William Moses (born 2 Sept 1852 died 6 Jul 1933), Milton, Bob, and Nancy. I am looking for William's parents and birth place and Nancy's maiden name (I found one source who think it might be Watson). Also any info on their other children, I only have info on William Moses.
