My Great Grandfather was a James H. Perkins from Missouri. But he died and is buried in Texas. His wife was Georgia A. Johnson. Children: Minnie Elizabeth, Annie Mae, Albert, and Harry. I just got back from Missouri and located his mother Minnie D. Perkins. The University of Missouri at Columbia has the State Historical Society there. It is absolutely the most wonderful place. If you live anywhere near there, I highly recommend a visit.
