I discovered Perkinsville Arizona yesterday as a result of the train trip on the Verde Canyon Rail road. The land was originally purchased by a Kennneth and Mary Perkins. (no date given) The tour guide said the Perkins family still owned around 200 acres. We took a picture of the sign that says Perkinsville and will post to the list when we get home.
