May have lived in What Cheer, Keokuk Co., IA around the turn of the century (looks to be in her 50s in photo with her brother, taken about this time--1900 or so). Parents are D.M. STEELE (b. 3. Hello, I'm looking for the parents of William W. PERKINS of Newbury, Essex Co, Mass. who married Lucretia H. Kimball of Ipswich, Mass. in Newbury 22 Oct. 1836. In the book History of the Kimball Family in America, pub. 1897, William is listed as William N. PERKINS, and the marriage certificate lists him as William W. PERKINS. The difference between the W. and the N. is probably just the orthography, but just in case... Any help would be greatly appreciated! 1. Re: STEPHEN & ELIZABETH (FORD) PERKINS
    2. Hi Denise, Thanks for the list. I'm finally down to working the scraps of paper with notes. I still have a problem with your comment that Elizabeth Perkins b 1703 did not marry Nicolas Russell; nor did her sister Mary. My sources were: page 206 'Vital Records of New Haven 1649-1850' Publ 1917 [Nicolas Rufsell & Elifabeth perkins were Joyned in Marriage to each other June 7th 1733 by Revd Mr Jofeph Noyes] also, page 103 'Descendants of Edward Perkins of New Haven, CT' C E Perkins Publ 1917 page 403 'Vital Records of New Haven 1649-1850' [Nicolas Rufsel and Mary Perkins of New Haven were Joyned in Marriage July 26, 1757] If not Stephen's daughters, then who ?? Take this weight from my shoulders ! Hugh ------------------------------

    2. Darrell Warner
    3. I need some big help....... I am trying to find information on my Grandmother Gertie Bell (or possible Gertrude) Perkins. She was born November 1, 1998 in Flemingsburg, Kentucky (we think) and died November 26, 1981 in Weston, Missouri. She married December 24, 19717 Roy Edgar Henderson born April 22, 1895 Bath County, Kentucky died January 15, 1977. Grandma did not have a birth certificate as far as we know and my Mom said they were not close to her family at all. She may of had twin brithers and we know of one possible brother who lived in California. This is all the information that we have on my Grandmother. Is there anyone out there who can help me find my ancestors on the Perkins side????? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help, Darrell Warner ------------------------------
