    2. Sure wish I could help you, but I just have NY, Ohio, Pa. I can tell you how you can get similar maps to those I have for the states you want. They are produced by DeLorme Mapping, PO Box 298, Freeport, Maine 04032. Phone 9207) 865-4171. They are in book form, very large pages (I'm guessing something like 16x 11 maybe), and have very wonderful indexes. I like them because they have every little obscure place name and back road. I would highly recommend them. You might want to look in your local bookstore or Walmart. I see them in places like Borders and Barnes and Nobles, which seem to have them for most states. Walmarts seem to carry ones for their own plus adjoining states. Hope this helps!
